Please join us for the experience of breathing and stretching in this Mindful Yoga class. This practice of yoga can help rewire or reshape our brain and improve the quality of our life experiences. In this gentle-moderate class, we move mindfully through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility and build strength while encouraging a connection between movement and breath. The purpose of this golf clinic for beginners is to teach the fundamentals of the sport in a fun, judgement-free indoor setting using simulators or the driving range, weather permitting. This clinic is designed for beginner golfers either new to the game or anyone who is looking for the basic fundamentals. Join us for an in-depth introduction of putting, chipping and full swing with irons and woods along with a discussion of the rules and course etiquette. Please note: Bringing your own clubs is highly recommended. Please note at the time of registration if you do not have a set.

Map and Compass Basics is a Next Step program from Maine Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. This workshop teaches use of maps to obtain distance, direction, and detail information and how to use an orienteering compass. Also learn how to use map and compass together. If you have a preferred compass bring it, but loaners are available. It's a combination indoor/outdoor session.
