You are Fabulous: Essential Oils for Emotional Well-Being

In this one night class, we will be using the book I Am Fabulous by Desiree Mangandog, to learn about how emotional and spiritual health affects one’s physical health and well being. After reviewing and discussing several of the blends, students will have the opportunity to make a roller bottle blend (or two) for a materials fee of $5 each. The book is not required, however purchasing it is strongly suggested in order to have the recipes to make the blends on your own.

Instructor: Elissa Nauman

Section I: Tuesday, 5/7, 6:00 - 8:00 PM for 1 session

Location: Windham High School – Room 302

Elissa Nauman

Certified Essential Oil Coach through the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners), and an overall health enthusiast, with special interest in alternative health. Elissa is excited to share her enthusiasm and knowledge of essential oils with anyone who is interested in learning about them.
