This easy and peaceful class is geared for all levels, from beginner to pro. Hatha Yoga is a great help with pain management and stress as you improve your posture and tone muscles. Bring a yoga mat & towel and a waterbottle. Wear loose clothing, suitable for exercise. Come and relax!
