Cardio, Core and More!

During this class you will hit multiple muscle groups and burn calories in a workout that is designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, tone muscles, and boost balance, flexibility and endurance.  All major muscle groups are challenged as you move from one muscle group to the next. This class is great for all abilities as you work to the best of your ability on each exercise.  There are regressions and progressions for each exercise. The class will use your own bodyweight, gliding disks and other fitness props.  Bring your own exercise mat and a set of hand weights.  Please bring a water bottle! No class 11/21.

Instructor: Jenna Chase

Section I - Wednesdays, 9/12 – 10/24, 6:30 – 7:15 PM for 7 sessions

Section II - Wednesdays, 11/7 – 12/19, 6:30 – 7:15 PM for 6 sessions

Location: Manchester School, Cafeteria

Fee: $49 for Section I, $44 for Section II


Jenna’s goal is to make exercise fun while she encourages everyone to move their body!

Evening Indoor Walking Program

Are you looking for a dry, safe, and well-lit place to walk? Join us for a healthy way to keep fit. A walking clinic will kick off the program providing information on techniques, proper stretching, goal setting, and record-keeping. Information night for new participants is Thursday 9/20, 5:30 - 6:30 PM in the high school cafeteria. No need to attend if you have previously participated in the walking program. Families are welcome to walk from 3:00 – 6:00 PM after the intro night. The nominal fee covers the entire semester! Kids are free. No access 10/8, 11/12, 11/21, 11/22.

Monday through Thursday, 9/17 – 12/20, 3:00 – 8:00 PM

Location: Windham High School - Hallways

Fee: $9 per adult

Section II –  Monday – Friday, 12/3 - 2/15, 8:30 – 9:30 AM for 10 weeks

Location: Town Hall/Community Center Gym

Fee: $75 per section – no senior discount

 Diana Ward is a fitness advocate and trainer who has worked with the WRAE community for many years.
