Kick your metabolism into over drive! Join this high-energy class incorporating intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery periods. High intensity interval training is an excellent total body workout to burn calories, improve endurance and build overall strength. Regressions and progressions provided, making this class great for all ability levels. Bring your own exercise mat (a towel will also work) and water bottle. No class 2/19

Section I: Tuesdays, 1/15 – 2/26, 3:45 - 4:45 PM for 6 sessions
Section II: Tuesdays, 3/5 – 4/9, 3:45 - 4:45 PM for 6 sessions
Section III: Tuesdays, 4/23 – 5/28, 3:45 - 4:45 PM for 6 sessions

Megan Good is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for motivating people to reach their individual fitness goals. She recently moved to Maine from Boston, Massachusetts and is excited to get involved with fitness in the area.
