Line Dancing - Beginner to Intermediate

Come join the fun with Flamin' Raymin' & Sizzlin' Suzzin' as we kick up our heels to various genres of music for some fun (and exercise) as we do The Good Time, The Electric Slide and more! The focus will be on having fun while learning some new dance moves! Bring your comfortable dancin’ shoes and a smile.

Take time out during the busy holiday season for this great-smelling, stress-free and fun class of making holiday-scented room sprays. Spread holiday cheer with assorted seasonal sprays that make great gifts for family and friends or make one (or two) for yourself to enhance your home. Materials fee of $4.00 per spray, limit 5 per participant.

Elissa Nauman is a Certified Essential Oils Coach through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She also holds a Masters in Psychology, and is a health enthusiast, particularly in regards to alternative health. Elissa is on a mission to educate as many people as possible about the amazing benefits of essential oils!

How do Marketplace Plans work with Medicare?  Are you already enrolled in Medicare and want to better understand your choices for switching plans and potentially saving money during the Annual Open Enrollment Period?  If you’ve answered YES to any of these questions, then this session is for you.  Sponsored by the Southern Maine Agency on Aging our highly trained SHIP Counselors offer current, relevant, and unbiased information so that you can make an informed decision about your health insurance.  While there is no charge for the course or the course materials the Southern Maine Area on Aging does ask for donations. This course is generously offered free of charge by the Southern Maine Area on Aging, donations to SMAAA are always gratefully accepted.

Please join us for an evening of breathing and stretching in this Mindful Yoga class.  This practice of yoga can help rewire or reshape our brain and improve the quality of our life experiences. In this gentle class, we move mindfully through a series of postures designed to increase flexibility and build strength while encouraging a connection between movement and breath. Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat!  No class 11/22

A recent transplant to Maine, Sonya Brockman received her YOGA ALLIANCE RYT-200 training in 2015 She has also trained in prenatal yoga, restorative yoga, children’s yoga, and most recently, Yoga for All Bodies. She has taught yoga in North Carolina, Colorado, and is happy to teaching in her newly adopted home here in Maine. Her classes emphasize safe alignment and building strength, endurance, and flexibility.
